Ever since hearing about the hard-easy phenomenon, it’s been impossible not to see its effects everywhere. This blog is dedicated to highlighting and celebrating the hard-easy framework.
The hard-easy phenomenon is essentially just an observation of a fundamental truth:
When faced with a decision in life, you can choose to do the more difficult thing(s) or the easier thing(s). If you choose the more difficult thing(s), then it will get easier afterward. If you choose to do the easier thing(s), then it will get more difficult later on.
This blog is dedicated to the hard-easy phenomenon. The posts will range in topic. I’ll give personal examples of this phenomenon playing out in my life. I’ll also highlight examples of it playing out for others, for companies, in public arenas, and wherever else I see it.
“Do the difficult things while they are easy and do the great things while they are small. A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.“
